Meeting and pickup information
- After collecting your luggage, please turn on your phone. Your chauffeur will contact you with the exact pickup location. For curbside service, proceed outside to the Arrivals / Ground Transportation / Passenger Pick-Up area and wait at the designated pickup zone for your terminal. For meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Pickup points may vary slightly by terminal and airport traffic procedures.
