At Torne Valley Vineyard (weekends only), relax in front of the historic 1875 mansion with a sparkling rosé welcome, followed by a tasting of 5–10 wines and a refined 4-course lunch crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each course expertly paired.
Alternatively, at Milea Estate Vineyard, begin with a guided tour and barrel tasting before indulging in a 5-course modern American chef’s tasting menu with Korean and Japanese influences, paired with award-winning wines and delivered with Michelin-level service.
After 2–3 hours, return to Manhattan by helicopter, ending with a scenic skyline tour.
